We can help you in various capacities to research and improve your value chain in Vietnam; from supplier shortlisting & introduction, quoting & sampling & sampling reports, factory inspections, and so on.
Our work is based on a flat service fee & we will connect you directly with the suppliers. During all sourcing & procurement steps, we can act as your boots on the ground, to ensure a successful first order in Vietnam.
OUR SERVICE PACKAGES
We offer 3 standard packages, but more often then not, we help you clients with other related requests as well; send material for lab testing, arrange factory audit and/or quality inspection, arrange logistics, etc.
For each service package we will need full information from you on what you intend to source from Vietnam, especially MOQ. From our side, the initial research is to determine & validate if you request & requirements can be meet.
Package A
SUPPLIER SHORTLIST
Based on your requirements we will find you suppliers. We will search in our internal database, but also online as well offline. Once you have qualified the suppliers in the shortlist, we will make the introduction for you.
DELIVERABLES:
Supplier short list with full contact info.
Package B
SUPPLIER QUOTE
Once we have the suppliers & you have your product specs / tech pack we can start the RFQ /. quoting process. During this process its usual for us to conduct factory inspections.
DELIVERABLES:
Confirmed product quotes.
Package C
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
You have a new product in the development pipeline & want to develop it in Vietnam. We can help with the full process to make it fit the local production; Design & material choices, creation of techpacks, sampling & sample reports, quoting.
DELIVERABLES:
Techpack, sample, confirmed quotes.
